Matthew 28:19

Jesus Christ has given the church the commission to make disciples of all nations through the faithful preaching of the Word and the administration of the ordinances.

The local church is God’s ordained means of making disciples by proclaiming the good news to the lost and teaching believers to follow everything Christ has taught through the faithful teaching of the Word of God.

Thus, the missionaries we support—locally and abroad—emphasize the proclaiming of the gospel of Christ, Bible translation, church planting, Bible schools, further training for local pastors, and teaching the nations to obey all that Christ has commanded.

What we support

Six emphases, not a scattergun

We would rather support fewer works doing the ordained thing well than many doing something adjacent to it.

Proclaiming the gospel

Preaching the good news to the lost, because the local church is God’s ordained means of making disciples.

Bible translation

Getting the Scriptures into the language people actually think and pray in.

Church planting

Not campaigns, but congregations — churches that will still be there in thirty years.

Bible schools

Teaching believers to follow everything Christ has taught, through the faithful teaching of the Word.

Training local pastors

Further training for the men who will do the teaching long after a visitor has gone home.

Teaching the nations

Teaching the nations to obey all that Christ has commanded.
